Casely Warranty FAQ

Last Modified: June 24, 2026

What warranty does Casely provide?

Casely, Inc. (“Casely”) warrants that products purchased from getcasely.com will be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration of the Warranty Period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

For the full legal terms of our warranty, please refer to Section 10 of our Terms of Sale. In the event of any conflict between this FAQ and the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale will control.

How long does the warranty last?

The warranty lasts for one (1) year from the original date of purchase from getcasely.com. This applies to all Casely product collections.

If we repair or replace your product under warranty, the replacement or repaired product is covered only for the remainder of your original Warranty Period — the period does not restart.

Who is covered by the warranty?

The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product from getcasely.com. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee of the product.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage due to:

Transportation or storage
Improper use or failure to follow product instructions
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic), unless caused by a defect in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship
Excess moisture, insects, power surges, or connection to improper voltage
Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification
Loss of or damage to stored data
Use with non-Casely products
Inadequate packing or shipping procedures
Products requiring modification to operate in a country other than the one for which they were designed
External causes such as accidents, abuse, fire, lightning, earthquake, or other events beyond our reasonable control

What will Casely do if my product is defective?

If your product has a covered defect during the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product (or the defective part) free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or products of the same or similar style, depending on availability. “Refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications.

We will make every effort to replace Limited Edition, Specialty, or discontinued products, but we cannot guarantee their availability. If an identical replacement is not available, we will replace it with an equivalent model. Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed.

We will also pay for shipping and handling to return the repaired or replacement product to you.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

You can submit a warranty claim by emailing us at help@getcasely.com. Claims must be submitted no later than sixty (60) days after the expiration of your Warranty Period.

We may ask you to send us a photograph of your product to validate the claim, and in some cases, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection. Casely reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.

Are there any limitations I should know about?

Repair and replacement as described above are your sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty.
Our total liability (including the liability of our distributors and suppliers) will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the defective product.
We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for any damage to your electronic devices or other personal property contained inside or outside our products (including laptops, smartphones, and other handheld devices) or any loss of data on those devices.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

What if I have a dispute about my warranty claim?

If you believe we have not met our obligations under this warranty, please refer to the dispute resolution procedures in our Terms of Sale.

Teddy boo case

"Cute and protective! Usually, when a phone case is this cute, it doesn't offer much protection, but this one does both! It has a great border around the screen without feeling too bulky and the material feels sturdy and high-quality. It gives me total peace of mind having a good protective case & cute for the fall season. If you’re looking for a sign on weather to get do it, I Highly recommend! 🤎🧸"

— Perla G. (5/5)

Teddy Boo!

"It’s spooky season and I’m not exactly a spooky girly. But I am a fall girly!!!! The Gingham Bear case is adorable and I still have my neutral checkerboard!"

— Jessica Z. (5/5)

— Gracie B. (5/5)

Perfect phone case for fall!!

"I have been a consumer of Casely for forever and LOVE their cases so when I saw this one I knew I had to have it! It is soooo cute and protects my phone which is amazing!! I love it so so much and have already gotten so many compliments on it!"

— Eliana F. (5/5)

"The cutest case for October! The bear is a little smaller than pictured, but love it the same. Good quality case."

10/10 Tebby Boo Case

"I got this for my new iPhone & I literally love it so much!!"

— Marisol M. (5/5)

Teddy Bear Gingham Phone Case

"I really love this phone case! I got it for fall to be fun and festive! I also think the Bold style is very much worth the extra money because it seems very sturdy and protective which is good if you drop your phone a lot! It would’ve gotten 5 stars from but I gave it 4 just because the photo of the bear was more like copied on the back of it instead of looking like it was a part of the actual phone case. It more looked like I made a Canva pumpkin bear and put I on a phone myself. But definitely still super cute and love for the use of 2 months!"

— Emily K. (4/5)

She loves it!

"My daughter loves this case and I don’t need to worry about her damaging her phone! Very durable and cute!"

— Mariah P. (5/5)

Love it!

"Seriously so cute! My absolute only regret was buying it a few days before upgrading my phone to a different size. I can still return it but I’m going to repurchase in the new size. It’s that cute!"

— Erika D. (5/5)

Please note: Our Bold Flex (+ MagSafe®) and Essential (+ MagSafe®) cases are made to order. Due to the unique printing process and materials, there may be a slight variation in how the colors appear compared to the digital product photos. In addition, differences in screen resolution, brightness, and other settings may cause colors to look a little different in person. These small variations are completely normal and are part of what makes your case one of a kind.
