FAQs

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders shipped with USPS First Class Mail typically arrive within 2-5 business days after being shipped. Orders shipped with UPS 2 Day will arrive 2 business days after being shipped. The first business day is considered the first day in transit.

Orders shipped with UPS 1 Day/Overnight will arrive 1 business day after being shipped. Our UPS service does not deliver on the weekends.

Once you receive a tracking number, your order has been packaged up and handed off to the carrier. If your tracking link hasn’t updated after a few days, don’t worry, that’s totally normal! It can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for the tracking link to update and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

If your tracking link has been sitting “In transit” with no delivery date for a few days, don’t worry! This could just mean the carrier is slightly delayed, or your package accidentally took a wrong turn and it’s getting back on track. Tracking links usually update within 5 business days 🙂

We ask that you allow at least 3 business days after the package has been marked delivered to see if it turns up. The carrier could have marked it delivered a day early, or accidentally delivered it to your neighbor. If that’s the case, it usually arrives within the next few days! Make sure to check all areas packages and mail are usually delivered.
