Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept any unused items that are in the original packaging and are in resellable condition for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date
- Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for returns for store credit (US Only)
- Pre-paid return labels are sent, with a $5 handling fee, for returns for a cash refund
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- International orders (outside US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
- Received a Defective item? If you believe you have received a defective item, please complete this form so we can resolve this issue immediately
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order date
- Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for all exchanges (US Only)
- International orders (outside US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
- An order can only be exchanged once
COUPON CODES
- If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order
- Only one code can be used on a purchase
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been shipped
