Casely Warranty FAQ

Last Modified: June 24, 2026

What warranty does Casely provide?

Casely, Inc. (“Casely”) warrants that products purchased from getcasely.com will be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration of the Warranty Period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

For the full legal terms of our warranty, please refer to Section 10 of our Terms of Sale. In the event of any conflict between this FAQ and the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale will control.

How long does the warranty last?

The warranty lasts for one (1) year from the original date of purchase from getcasely.com. This applies to all Casely product collections.

If we repair or replace your product under warranty, the replacement or repaired product is covered only for the remainder of your original Warranty Period — the period does not restart.

Who is covered by the warranty?

The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product from getcasely.com. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee of the product.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage due to:

Transportation or storage
Improper use or failure to follow product instructions
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic), unless caused by a defect in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship
Excess moisture, insects, power surges, or connection to improper voltage
Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification
Loss of or damage to stored data
Use with non-Casely products
Inadequate packing or shipping procedures
Products requiring modification to operate in a country other than the one for which they were designed
External causes such as accidents, abuse, fire, lightning, earthquake, or other events beyond our reasonable control

What will Casely do if my product is defective?

If your product has a covered defect during the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product (or the defective part) free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or products of the same or similar style, depending on availability. “Refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications.

We will make every effort to replace Limited Edition, Specialty, or discontinued products, but we cannot guarantee their availability. If an identical replacement is not available, we will replace it with an equivalent model. Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed.

We will also pay for shipping and handling to return the repaired or replacement product to you.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

You can submit a warranty claim by emailing us at help@getcasely.com. Claims must be submitted no later than sixty (60) days after the expiration of your Warranty Period.

We may ask you to send us a photograph of your product to validate the claim, and in some cases, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection. Casely reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.

Are there any limitations I should know about?

Repair and replacement as described above are your sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty.
Our total liability (including the liability of our distributors and suppliers) will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the defective product.
We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for any damage to your electronic devices or other personal property contained inside or outside our products (including laptops, smartphones, and other handheld devices) or any loss of data on those devices.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

What if I have a dispute about my warranty claim?

If you believe we have not met our obligations under this warranty, please refer to the dispute resolution procedures in our Terms of Sale.

Cute neutral case

"Anyone looking for a neutral case that will go with everything and still looks cute. Look no further, fit check is for you. The MagSafe is great, the case isn’t slippery and easy to get on. You would initially think that the material would be slippery but it’s just the right amount of grip to keep your phone in hand."

— Desiree P. (5/5)

Amazing quality

"So freaking cute! I’ve purchased multiple cases for my phone and my kindle and there hasn’t been a case I don’t like. They are so durable that it is worth the purchase. I find myself purchasing multiple cheap phone cases off Amazon every couple of months and now I don’t need to. I love casely!"

Q&A

Does it cover/protect your camera?: Hi Michelle! For the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, the case does NOT cover the camera area. It has a cutout with a raised edge for protection, but the lenses themselves are still exposed.
What material are the cases made out of?: Hey! Our Classic is soft TPU and BOLD is PC + TPU.
Are these cases compatible with wireless charging?: Hey! Yes, the cases that we offer on our website are compatible with wireless charging :)

About the Fit Check | Neutral Checkerboard Case

Out of all of our cases, the Fit Check is probably one of the most muted designs - and that's its greatest strength. Neutrals are huge right now, so why not keep the vibe going with the perfect case to match? If your wardrobe is mainly whites, creams, browns, and beiges, there's no other choice than the Neutral Checkerboard case for your latest fit check.

Another great thing about this minimalist case? The symmetry! There's something incredibly satisfying about a pattern made up of nothing but clean, straight lines. You'll be all over this phone case if you're all about that chic lifestyle. And despite its name, you'll never need a fit check again with this design. Your look will always be on point.

With this case, keeping your phone free from scratches certainly won't feel as complicated as a game of chess. Our 1mm raised lip and tough materials around the screen will protect your device from harm. No bad vibes here—we keep it neutral!

Please note: Our Bold Flex (+ MagSafe®) and Essential (+ MagSafe®) cases are made to order. Due to the unique printing process and materials, there may be a slight variation in how the colors appear compared to the digital product photos. In addition, differences in screen resolution, brightness, and other settings may cause colors to look a little different in person. These small variations are completely normal and are part of what makes your case one of a kind.
