What is CASELY?

Casely is an online tech-accessories retailer & the only phone case subscription club. We design, create, and sell our cases internationally & exclusively at Casely.

Will CASELY cases protect my phone?

Casely cases are engineered with a high-quality (but never bulky!) protective material made of polycarbonate. This is a hard material that is slightly raised around phone edges for enhanced protection. For added screen protection, you can also purchase a glass screen protector.

Can I buy cases without subscribing?

Of course! You can always purchase cases from our These cases are for one-time purchase & do not enroll you in our subscription club.



Shipping

How much is shipping?

All subscription boxes are shipped for FREE to anywhere in the United States. Shipping for retail orders under $20 will be a flat rate of $2.95 (U.S.). Retail orders $20+ are shipped for FREE.

We offer shipping outside of the USA for a flat rate of $10 per shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yep! We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 per international shipment.

Can I modify my shipping address?

For club members: to modify your delivery schedule or delivery address, simply login to your account and click "View/Manage Subscriptions" to make changes to your subscription profile.

For retail customers: if you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please immediately with the correct address. If your order has not yet been shipped we will edit your order information.

NOTE: All changes must be made on or before the 13th to be applied to that month's Casely.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All retail orders ship within 24 orders of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends).

Club Orders: When you join the club, your first order will be processed within 24 orders of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). After that, all future club cases will ship out in the third week of the month.

Why did only one of my cases ship?

It is likely that the second case that you ordered is a "Preorder" item. This means that the item(s) you ordered is on backorder & will be shipped separately. You will receive an email as soon as this item ships. Thank you so much for your patience!!

What if I have received a defective item?

We hope this never happens but if for any reason it does, we are more than happy to send you a replacement immediately. Please let us know and we will provide you with a return label to ship it back us so we can send you replacement.



Club FAQs


Getting Started

What can I expect in my Club package?

Each Club Casely will include one brand new Casely case. You also have the option to add a variety of accessories to your club package any month.

How do I purchase a subscription?

Simply customize your Casely with your style selection, current phone model & the monthly plan that works for you. To join the club, click

Do I get to choose my club case?

Yes! Each month we have 2 club exclusive cases. When you first subscribe, you will have the option to choose either one of these 2 cases or one from a selection of past club cases. After that, you will receive an email each month with the option to choose your club case. This form will include a variety of style options including the 2 exclusive club styles for that month. Please submit your selection by the 12th of the month. If you have not received an email this month you can access the "choose" form here.

Do I get to keep my club cases?

Of course! They are yours forever!

What if I get a new iPhone model?

You can update your iPhone model in your account settings. Login to your account, click "view/manage subscriptions," then click "edit" to the right of the subscription you wish to modify. Click "change device" under current device.

NOTE: all modifications must be made before the 13th of the month to be applied to that monthโ€™s shipment.



Club Shipping

Can I modify my shipping address?

To modify your delivery schedule or delivery address, simply login to your account and click "View/Manage Subscriptions" to make changes to your subscription profile.

NOTE: All changes must be made on or before the 13th to be applied to that month's Casely.

When will my first Club case arrive?

Your first order will be processed within 24 orders of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow 3-5 business days for your box to arrive

When will I receive my 2nd (and beyond) box?

All Club Casely cases are shipped during the 3rd week of the month. You will receive an email with a tracking number once it has shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for your box to arrive.



Club Billing

Can I put a hold on my account?

If you would like to skip a month you will first need to log into your account. Once logged in click "view/manage subscriptions", then click "delivery schedule" and select "skip this delivery.โ€ Your subscription will proceed normally the following month.

Are all subscription plans charged as recurring payments?

All standard subscription plans are charged on a recurring basis. All gift orders are processed as one-time fees and will only be charged once.

All retail orders & add-on items are one-time purchases.

Why was my subscription renewed?

Casely is a recurring monthly subscription that will charge you after each cycle unless you put a hold on your account or cancel your subscription before your next ship date.

How much & how frequently will I be charged?

Month-to-Month Plan: you will be charged $15 once per month
Seasonal Plan: you will be charged $15 every 3 months

Gift plans are prepaid & will not renew.

When will I be billed for my Club Casely?

You will be charged immediately after your first order and then moving forward you will be billed the 14th of the month of your next billing cycle. To update your billing information, login to your account and "click view/manage subscriptions"

How can I cancel my account?

We hate to see you leave but if you must go... You can cancel your account any time before the 14th of the next shipment cycle. You can do so in your account. Login to your account, click "View/Manage Subscriptions" and select "Cancel" next to the subscription that you which to cancel.

Is it free to join/cancel?

There are no membership or cancellation fees! Monthly Casely subscribers are billed on a recurring basis every month & can skip or cancel at anytime. Seasonal Casely subscribers are billed on a recurring basis every 3 months & can skip or cancel at anytime.

How can I modify my billing information?

For club members: to modify your billing address or card on file simply login to your account and click "View/Manage Subscriptions" to make changes to your subscription profile.

NOTE: All changes must be made on or before the 13th to be applied to that month's Casely.
