Casely Warranty FAQ

Last Modified: June 24, 2026

What warranty does Casely provide?

Casely, Inc. (“Casely”) warrants that products purchased from getcasely.com will be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration of the Warranty Period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

For the full legal terms of our warranty, please refer to Section 10 of our Terms of Sale. In the event of any conflict between this FAQ and the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale will control.

How long does the warranty last?

The warranty lasts for one (1) year from the original date of purchase from getcasely.com. This applies to all Casely product collections.

If we repair or replace your product under warranty, the replacement or repaired product is covered only for the remainder of your original Warranty Period — the period does not restart.

Who is covered by the warranty?

The warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product from getcasely.com. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee of the product.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage due to:

Transportation or storage
Improper use or failure to follow product instructions
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic), unless caused by a defect in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship
Excess moisture, insects, power surges, or connection to improper voltage
Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification
Loss of or damage to stored data
Use with non-Casely products
Inadequate packing or shipping procedures
Products requiring modification to operate in a country other than the one for which they were designed
External causes such as accidents, abuse, fire, lightning, earthquake, or other events beyond our reasonable control

What will Casely do if my product is defective?

If your product has a covered defect during the Warranty Period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product (or the defective part) free of charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or products of the same or similar style, depending on availability. “Refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications.

We will make every effort to replace Limited Edition, Specialty, or discontinued products, but we cannot guarantee their availability. If an identical replacement is not available, we will replace it with an equivalent model. Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed.

We will also pay for shipping and handling to return the repaired or replacement product to you.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

You can submit a warranty claim by emailing us at help@getcasely.com. Claims must be submitted no later than sixty (60) days after the expiration of your Warranty Period.

We may ask you to send us a photograph of your product to validate the claim, and in some cases, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection. Casely reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.

Are there any limitations I should know about?

Repair and replacement as described above are your sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty.
Our total liability (including the liability of our distributors and suppliers) will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the defective product.
We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for any damage to your electronic devices or other personal property contained inside or outside our products (including laptops, smartphones, and other handheld devices) or any loss of data on those devices.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

What if I have a dispute about my warranty claim?

If you believe we have not met our obligations under this warranty, please refer to the dispute resolution procedures in our Terms of Sale.

Warranty Purchase

"I recently had purchased the same case on Amazon and within a month the sides were already turning brown and showing dirt. I contacted. Casely and they had no hesitation to send me a new one. They were very helpful and fast with their emailing and shipping. I love that their cases are made of recycled materials and it doesn’t make me hesitate spending that kind of money because I know it’s going to a good cause."

— Sydney R. (4/5)

100% recommended!!!

"This is the third case I got for myself from Casely. I got two more for my sister and my mom, and I also keep recommending them to my friends. Their quality is amazing!! Every phone I’ve traded in has been in perfect condition thanks to these cases. The only problem you will have is deciding which one to buy because all of them are too cute. Thank you Casely!!!"

— Marianne F. (5/5)

Confidence

"so far…so good while I don’t plan to test its iPhone protection from a drop. the physical case certainly feels like it would withstand a fairly big drop which makes me feel the confidence I didn’t have with a “ naked” phone so.. good job ,Casely!"

— Edward L. (5/5)

Blue Stripes- Sunday Best Case

"Absolutely love! The pastel stripes in a blue and white color scheme offer a cozy coastal feeling with a sleek elegant look & the case quality is unmatched 😍."

— Serese J. (5/5)

Durable and pretty and perfect!

"It took longer that I thought it would to come but other than that would definitely buy again!"

— Rheine R. (5/5)

Great but needs a clearer description

"I loved this case and when mine broke I was very upset. The people I emailed with to get a replacement were great and very understanding. With that said when I received my replacement case the colors were different and they explained this was due to the Bold vs. Bold flex materials. This coloration was not described clearly on the website and would have been useful to know before. Other than that the cases are amazing and the Casely team is amazing."

— Alexa J. (4/5)

It's so cute!

"I am not ready for fall yet because it's always summer here and FL and this is such a cute case! Definitely recommend. It's subtle and perfect!"

— Melody T. (5/5)

Perfect

"Perfect case. Love the blue striping, great for summer but works for spring and early fall"

— Andrew A. (5/5)

Love Love Love

"This case is everything! It is so durable and so cute! I highly recommend it"

— Kenna Z. (5/5)

Great product & Styles

"I absolutely love my Casely case, as someone who constantly drops their phone 10x a day, this case is super protective! I have 4 now."

— Lauren B. (5/5)

Q&A

Whats the difference between bold and bold flex?: Hi Sophia! Our Bold Collection is an ultra-protective, one-piece case with a non-flexible hard shell and silicone bumpers. The Bold style offers military-grade drop protection up to 8 feet! Pricing for the Bold collection starts at $45! The Bold Flex Collection is a slightly more flexible version of our ultra-protective Bold case! The Bold Flex is made of two detachable layers: a hard shell outer layer and an inner silicone layer. This style case offers up to 5 feet of drop protection! Plus, we’ve added small slits to the case buttons, making them softer and more responsive to touch. Pricing for the Bold Flex collection starts at $40! Both style cases feature a smooth, Matte finish! The Bold and Bold Flex collections have a 3mm raised front screen lip and a 1.5mm raised camera lip. These two styles also feature side grips for a relaxed, secure hold on your phone!
