An official MagSafe charger will give faster charging of up to 15W when using a 20W or more power adapter because the magnets offer a more precise alignment of the internal coils than other wireless charging technology.

While it’s true that your device will have tiny magnets to help elements of your phone work, like the camera, you’ll find that if they stick to the wireless charger, it won’t be for long. 

Does iPhone 11 Support Wireless Charging?
