If payments through the available methods on the Services fail or are refused by the payment service provider, Casely is under no obligation to fulfill the purchase order. Any possible costs or fees resulting from the failed or refused payment will be borne by you.

Your dealings with advertisers and other third parties who market, sell, buy, or offer to sell or buy any goods or services on the Services are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party. You agree that Casely is not liable for any damage or loss of any kind incurred as a result of any such dealings.
