Many of us at *Virtual* CaselyHQ, have spent the last few days grappling with our new reality, and navigating how, as a Casely Fam, we can take action.
To do our part, beginning April 1st, 5% of net sales will be donated to the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Response Fund through #EveryCaseCounts.
Our online store will remain open (but we totally understand that buying a phone case is probably the last thing on your mind right now). As of now, all orders are being shipped out as usual within 1 business day from our Utah Warehouse. We will update this page if there is ever any indication of a delay in processing or delivery.
Our Support Team: As we continue to listen to the CDC’s guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19, and its staffing implications, we have taken precautions and temporarily closed our office as we move our Customer Service team remote. We ask for your patience as we restore full service. All messages are answered from 10AM-5:30PM EST Monday-Friday. All requests sent outside of our business hours will be answered the following 1-2 business days.
